About the Role:

As the head of the Creative Team at Sauce Media, you oversee a team of Talent Managers and TikTok Content Creators. You lead them through the creation of stellar TikTok video content and campaigns. Working with each team member closely, you ideate on content series and stories, and lead the execution of each creative that lives on TikTok.

Your day-to-day is to:

  • Work in collaboration with CMO to oversee and deliver stellar influencer-driven TikTok campaign ideas 
  • Review and identify the niche and strength of each TikTok Content Creator in the Creative Team
  • Understand and review social media trends; develop and create original campaign ideas and stories to optimize each Creator’s potential in their niche 
  • Drive the direction and development of each Creator’s unique TikTok presence strategy, campaign plans and their execution
  • Lead creative brainstorms meetings for story development, script writing, and production of video content on TikTok
  • Support Talent Managers and influencers to deliver highly-engaging, rapidly-deployed messages and content assets
  • Make smart connections between cultural, social, and design trends and what we can achieve with our Creators through storytelling in video content
  • Collaborate with a talented team of videographers and editors to create and publish content
  • Review and ensure brand consistency, strong brand voice and brand integrity across the creative work of each Creator

We’re excited about you because:

  • You have at least 3 years experience in a well-established creative role
  • You must be a TikTok savvy and experienced in creating content on TikTok
  • You have strong communication skills and is native in English; it is preferred if you are bilingual in Chinese
  • You have strong project management skills, and you take pride in creating top-notch work

Operations &
HR Associate

Job Title: Operations & HR Associate

Report to: CMO and COO

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: 40 hours per week

About the Role:

You play a pivotal role in assisting with the day-to-day operations of Sauce Media’s headquarters in Hollywood and managing human resources activities which includes a variety of responsibilities and opportunities to initiatives related to employee lifecycle.

Your day-to-day is to:

  • Assist senior management in managing all aspects of the daily operation of Sauce headquarters to ensure an organized and comfortable work environment for all employees and staff
  • Support senior management and the wider team in day-to-day business activities, e.g., arranging and coordinating business meetings and training sessions
  • Establish or implement company policies, goals, objectives, or procedures in conjunction with board members and senior management team
  • Partner with hiring managers to discuss and make recommendations on finding the best talent
  • Acting as a trusted recruitment partner ensuring delivery of a service that is customer focused, value-add and cost effective
  • Create hiring strategy for hiring managers and draft creative and engaging job advertisement that will attract quality candidates to our vacancies
  • Undertake initial pre-screening through both resume review and telephone screening to ensure a shortlisted CV and candidates are of the qualities desired 
  • Schedule and ensure interviews take place in a structure & timely manner
  • Ensure the recruitment database is managed effectively and information is maintained and up to date 
  • Confer with management to develop or implement personnel policies or procedures
  • Stay abreast of employment laws and regulations; interpret and explain these regulations to senior management and implement policies as needed to stay compliant
  • Assist in any ad hoc business activities as assigned by senior management

About the Role:

As part of the Creative Team at Sauce Media, you will be responsible for managing a team of TikTok talents and creators, and ensuring Sauce Media has a stable supply of content creation in the U.S. You will be responsible for sourcing and acquiring rising or passionate TikTok talent and creators as well as executing TikTok campaigns and strategies to optimize each account’s potential and profitability.

Your day-to-day is to:

  • Recruit and scout TikTok talents and creators across traditional and non-traditional platforms and recruitment channels
  • Confer with Creative Director and creators to identify their niche and develop strategies to optimize their TikTok profile
  • Grow and manage a team of TikTok creators over time by executing stellar strategic influencer-driven campaigns
  • Understand and review social media trends; identify campaign opportunity and partnership with brands for creators
  • Negotiate, manage and execute all contracts with creators, affiliates, and content partners
  • Work closely with and support creators to develop and create content ideas, and write and curate content that optimize ROI of campaigns
  • Monitor schedule and delivery of campaigns, and post-campaign deliverables
  • Evaluate TikTok account engagement and strategize its application to maximize results
  • Develop and closely monitor account KPIs and present reports to the team on account performance

About the Role: 

As part of the Creative Team at Sauce Media, you are responsible for the creation of engaging and trending content on TikTok. You are on top of social media trends, understand your niche as the creator behind your TikTok account, and are able to produce creative TikTok content curated to your audience. 

Your day-to-day is to:

  • Understand your niche and develop an influencer strategy of your TikTok account 
  • Work with the Creative Team to curate and produce engaging and on-the-trend video content that optimize your niche
  • Assist in planning, shooting, editing, and executing creative content on TikTok
  • Oversee the creation and implementation of everyday content and a weekly TikTok posting calendar
  • Optimize your niche over time and develop tactical initiatives to drive partnership with brands
  • Harness fandom and build a passionate TikTok community around your TikTok account
  • Report, monitor and analyze performance to ensure activity is optimized and continuously improved
